FOR THE FOURTH time in history, MSU-IIT grabs the top spot in the Metallurgical Engineer Licensure Exam with Earl Dave M. Tulabing scoring 86.15 percent.
Taking second spot is another MSU-IIT examinee Dexter R. Madjos who scored 83.25 percent. Madjos shares second spot with UP-Diliman’s Bryan Patrick Carrasco.
Three other MSU-IIT examinees made it to the top 10: Lorenz Carl Flores, sixth place with 81.20 percent score, Advent Fel R. Bañez, 9th place with 80.35 percent, and at tenth place with a score of 80.15 percent is Isabela Psalm C. Torcende.
MSU-IIT placed second as top performing school in the said board exam; Mapua University-Manila came in first, and UP-Diliman, third.
Tulabing was one of the 94 examinees who took the exam that was given in various testing centers in the country on October 15-17, 2019. Seventy-nine (79) were first time takers and 15 were repeaters.
MSU-IIT has been rewarding its high-performing students in licensure exams and the five topnotchers will be receiving cash prizes from MSU-IIT.
