The BSBA Entrepreneurial Marketing and BS Entrepreneurship students of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA) emerged as Overall Champion during the first ever Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES) Mindanao Bootcamp sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Educators’ Association of the Philippines (ENEDA) and hosted by San Isidro College and Central Mindanao University in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon last August 31 to September 1, 2018.

The MSU-IIT delegates dominated in various academic and non-academic related competitions, such as:

Bigger challenges were also given to select BS Entrepreneurship students as they were elected in the YES Mindanao Chapter. Sahic Guro III was elected as President along with Hannah Faith Luna as Secretary and Ahmad Abdulhamid as one of the Board of Directors. Although freshmen, the students expressed excitement in hosting the 2nd YES Mindanao Bootcamp in MSU-IIT next year.

Plenary talks on Business Model Canvas and Industry 4.0 were also given to the participating students of MSU-IIT, San Isidro College, Initao College, Philippine Women’s College of Davao, University of Southern Mindanao, and Central Mindanao University.

YES is the official student affiliate of the Entrepreneurship Educators’ Association of the Philippines (ENEDA).
