A research project that seeks to look at the morphological and syntactical aspects of five Philippine languages was approved on Feb. 12, 2014 by MSU-IIT upon the recommendation of the Institute Research & Extension Committee (IREC).

The research project entitled, “Ang Wikang Tagalog, Tausug, Maranao, Cebuano, and Chavacano sa Morpolohikal at Sintaktikal na Aspeto” will be undertaken by several Institute officials and faculty members from the College of Arts & Social Sciences (CASS).
