The KASAMA, student government of the MSU-IIT, conducted its strategic planning for the incoming academic year at the Maze Parks and Resort, Iligan City, last April 9. The planning was attended by KASAMA officers and College-EC Governors.

The strategic planning aims to transform the council by helping its leaders plot their own organization’s future.

The planning provided a framework to optimize the organizational systems, provide guidance for day-to-day decisions, and provide opportunity for leaders to build a “critical mass” and a means to assess progress.

KASAMA President Khoshiella Susitheren with the EC Governors presented the KASAMA’s road map for this academic year.

Subsequently, the participants finalized events to be organized by the council. The joint Institute Executive-Legislative Body’s session presided by the KASAMA Vice-President Fathma Sonnaya Minaga followed the planning.
