The Integrated Performing Arts Guild (IPAG) represents the Philippines and joins 23 other countries in the 2011 Bharatiya Lok Sanskriti Utsav International Folkloric Festival on January 10-16, 2011 in the Indian capital of New Delhi.

Twenty artists led by IPAG Artistic Director Steven P.C. Fernandez compose the delegation.

The festival organized by the National Educational and Research Development Program (NERDP) raises global awareness of the multifarious cultures worldwide.

IPAG has represented the country in over 100 cities worldwide. It presents its well-acclaimed repertoire based on Mindanao dances, songs, and tales.

The IPAG is the resident cultural company of the MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology and is recognized as a leading performing arts company.

Joining the delegation are performers: Leilani M. Fernandez, Melvin Pascubillo, Lilybeth Maraon, Eleanor Lila, Kenn Erwin Velasquez, Michael Lagura, Kassandra Suazo, Junah Lacasan, John Vincent Espenido, Ivan Eblamo, musicians: Lex Bryan Bangot, Jose Maria Tolentino, Jomairah Casim, and staff members: Arlem Abanes (Production Manager), Hernenegildo Dico (Stage Manager), Vicmar Paloma (Designer), and Andrew Salazar (Technical Director).

Supporting this international road tour is Mayor Lawrence Ll. Cruz and the Iligan City Government, Pioneer Insurance and Surety, Corp, Cultural Center of the Philippines, Travel R Us, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, and the MSU-IIT.
