MSU-IIT once again made its presence felt by being proclaimed the top performing school with 20-49 examinees in the Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) last October 25 & 26, 2008.

Twenty-five out of 30 students hurdled the exam for MSU-IIT for a 83.00% passing percentage, to occupy the top rank. The national passing rate is pegged at 36.27% (1,514 out of 4,174).

The University of the Philippines-Diliman (27 out of 36 or 75%) and the Ateneo de Manila University – QC (24 out of 33 or 73%) completed the list for the second and third ranked schools, respectively.
