Integrated Developmental School (IDS) dethroned the four other departments and bagged the overall champion rank garnering a total percentage of 80.050000% during the CED DAYS 2020 on January 24- 27, 2020 at MSU- IIT.

The annual observed activity was participated by the different departments from the College of Education namely Department of Science and Mathematics Education (DSME), Department of Technology Teacher Education (DTTE), Department of professional Education (DPRE), Department of Physical Education (DPE), and Integrated Developmental School (IDS).

First day of the affair proved zestful after the different departments flaunted their lively and festive vibe during the foot parade that filled the road straight to the Integrated Developmental School- Multipurpose Hall with loud cheers from the crowd. This got even louder when the opening program started. The second day, however, put tension to the contestants when different events such as debate tournament, ultimate quiz bowl, and acapella greeted them in the morning.

Nerve- wrecking events in sports also continued that left most of the participants exhausted but fired- up. To add fuel to the fire, the audience roared in awe as the Festival of Talents performers started to hum and gave their best on every production they had, the stage heated up as the five (5) glorious departments get into groove to show- off what they’ve got.

On the remaining days of the said conduct, sports events sustained up until the championship rounds. Basketball men and basketball women, and other sports events tournament left all the onlookers with the gritted teeth as IDS Assassins won over DPE Pirates. Literary events, however, proved something and did not let the fire got dim instead it flickered as the Champion for the Ultimate Quiz Bowl is from DSME, finalist from the debate grand finals round is from DSME and IDS. Between the battle of brain and intelligence DSME Knights outsmarted IDS Assassins. Nevertheless, Mr. and Ms. CED 2020 exhibited elegance, wit, brilliance. At the end, Mr. Ronald Stephen Galorio and Ms. Kharyle Vianca Pullido from IDS were crowned as the Mr. and Ms. CED 2020 respectively.

The Assassins along with the faculties, staffs, and students reigned in almost all the major events proving their might making them champion in Special Events, champion in Cultural Events champion in Sports Events along with the DPE Pirates, and first runner- up in Literary events.

Moreover, the Department of Science and Mathematics Educato=ion (DSME) was declared as the overall first runner- up with a total percentage of 65.150000%, while the Department of Physical Education (DPE) got the overall second runner- up with 62.550000%. The order of winners was followed by DPRE (47.575000%), and DTTE (43.325000%).

The College of Education- Executive Council Governor headed by Ms. Hosanah Sheminith G. Rafanan extends its heartfelt gratitude for the students who participated in the said events.

It’s been two years when the Integrated Developmental School continue to show- off their legacy of the said annual CED DAYS 2020.
