Health benefits derived from dancing was the come-on in the Dance Seminar-Workshop conducted last February 28, 2010 at the Developmental School Multi-Purpose Hall, MSU-IIT.

Also attending were physical education students of the Iligan Capitol College and the MSU-IIT Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health (MAPEH) students who studied in a class on International Folk and Social Dances.

Cecilio P. Balili III was workshop director.

The one-day seminar-workshop taught Belly Dancing, Hip Hop, and Foreign Folk Dances by these resource speakers: Ms. Rovie Gretchell Bucad (Belly Dancing), Mr. Romel Rabor (Hip Hop Dancing), Prof. Paz Enezario (Little Playmates-Foreign Folk Dance) and Prof. Edna Dalupang (Red River Valley-Foreign Folk Dance).
