The Civil Service Commission Assessors were welcomed today by the Institute at the COE Amphitheater for the three-day(3) PRIME HRM On-Site Assessment from September 17-19, 2018. The assessors will look into the institute’s four core HR systems namely: Recruitment and Selections Placement (RSP), Learning and Development, Performance Management Systems and Rewards and Recognition. They will also be assessing the HRMO’s competency and proficiency level. The assessors will not only be interviewing the HR staff and officials but also managers, supervisors and committee members. PRIME HRM is the CSC’s program to institutionalize meritocracy and excellence in human resource management.
The visiting assessors are SHRS Maria Cristina T. Saligumba and HRS Bethany Marie P. Naces.
