CED Student Teachers commence practicum

One hundred three senior students of the College of Education (CED) are undergoing their practicum in teaching in the DepEd schools of the Division of Iligan City this first semester.

These student teachers were introduced to the program through the 4th Pinning and Moving-Up Ceremony held last July 20 at the College of Nursing Hall. The ceremony was attended by the parents of the students, officials of the Institute, and Dr, Rosemarie T. Macesar, DepEd supervisor and coordinator of the Student Teaching and Field Study Program.

Before becoming full-fledged teachers, senior BSED, BEED, and BSIED students are required to fulfil this apprenticeship.
