In the 10th MSU-IIT Annual In-House Review for Research and Development Projects held last June 28-29, 2012 at the Mini-Theater, Ms. Lady Lou D. Marapao won First Place in the Professional Category with her paper “Determinants of Health Care Expenditures”.
Marapao is an alumna and a faculty member of the Economics Department who graduated Magna cum Laude in 2006. She obtained her Masters degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University last May 2012.
